I just finished having my oil change at a different place. I had them check my brakes after Pellegrino changed my rotors, tires and brakes. They found no lubrication upon install, that is the reason why my brakes have been screeching since I received my car from Pellegrino. They had my car for a simple tire replacement and my car haven’t been right since. I even had to take my car back to them after the initial service, something I was not going to do this time. Even the emergency brake was not working, something I know for a fact was fine before Pellegrino had my car for over 2 weeks. I was considering buying from them my wife’s new car, but not only I will not buy, I will also not return for service. More

I arrived at 10:25 (with my 2-year-old grandson) for an appointment at 10:30. The girl at the service desk, after finally deciding to look up and acknowledge my standing there, insisted my appointment was appointment at 10:30. The girl at the service desk, after finally deciding to look up and acknowledge my standing there, insisted my appointment was for 11:00. She said I should not have made it online and doing so should have bumped the time up, as they do not make appointments in half-hour slots. I told her this was not the case and had a text confirming my 10:30. She informed me I would now have to wait behind all of the 10am appointments, and gave me a bill for $79.00. I explained that there should be no charge, as I was entitled to 3 oil changes and this was only the 2nd. Finally, around 11:30, my car was taken to the work area. An hour and a half is a ridiculous amount of time for a standard oil change, only made worse by the rude and dismissive attitude of the girl at the front desk. As a side note, there was another lady sitting in the waiting area (also for a standard oil change). She has a 10:00am appointment and needed to return to work. When I left at almost noon, she was still waiting. Needless to say, she was not very happy at all and concurred that the front desk girl was obnoxious. More
My car was towed here and I was told it would be seen in a day or 2. It kept getting pushed back and pushed back until finally 5 days later they were able to look at it. It apparently took them only around an hour to fix the problem after it sat there untouched for 5 days. 2 days later and my check engine light is back on. They are unable to look at my car until another 4 days out, even though it was just there and already supposedly fixed. I need my car everyday for work, kids, etc. This is completely unacceptable. More
