Worst parts department I have ever been in. I went to purchase brake pads for my vehicle after I had called them to verify that they had them in stock. Was told yes they were in stock $162.00 t I went to purchase brake pads for my vehicle after I had called them to verify that they had them in stock. Was told yes they were in stock $162.00 tax included. Parts person went pulled off shelf, printed invoice for $185.00. When I questioned the price and told them I had called and been told $162.00 the parts person said “ do you want these brake pads or not, if you don’t I can put them back in stock and you can go somewhere else”. I was flabbergasted that the man was so blatant. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership but maybe not again. Pegueshurst needs to understand that they are not the only Ford dealer in the area. Customer service like this is not how you keep customers coming back. More
