Completely mislead on condition of truck I had been looking for a GMC Sierra truck for a few months. I finally found the "perfect one", including the exact color combination I was looking for I had been looking for a GMC Sierra truck for a few months. I finally found the "perfect one", including the exact color combination I was looking for. We made a deal on the truck, and I flew down from Denver, CO to buy it. He told me how that recently there was a hail storm in TX and all their vehicles were damaged, but that this one had come in after and was not damaged. He SPECIFICALLY talked to me about how it had not had any damage, so I bought it under those pretenses. On the drive home, I opened up the gas pump door and put a small dent in it. I took it this week to be repaired, and I was told that my truck (that I had been told was perfectly fine) had had EXTENSIVE hail damage, been repaired, and then sold (to me!) I am so upset. It is the first "nice" vehicle I have ever bought myself, and I was so proud of it... I called the dealership and their response, "What are we suppose to do about it..." and more or less it's "your problem now"... I told them that quite honestly I'd like to return it. Of course, that's not an option they say. I am sorry to say that I have found them to be untrustworthy and the typical "car salesman" that people tend to fear, and completely unwilling to own this. I don't know that it was KNOWINGLY done, but I feel disappointed that a car dealership could be so unaware of the cars they are purchasing and reselling. More

The dealer gave me more than a fair deal on my trade and worked really hard to get my payment where I wanted. It's still very new to me but so far I love my new truck. The only downfall to my experience was the amount of time (approx. 5 hours) but then again I wasn't the typical buyer with near perfect credit that dealers desire so. And even with my less than perfect credit they worked their tails off to get things to where I was happy. More
