Expectations Exceeded!!!! I am from Northwest Louisiana and have been car shopping for a month or so now. I have been unable to find a dealer in my area that was willing to work with me and my budget to get in into a vehicle of my choice and package. All the other places have tried to get me to settle for something I didn't want to make the sale. As a last ditch effort, I looked up dealers in Northeast Texas and found Pegues-Hurst. I sent in an online inquiry and received a response back within just a couple minutes by email and a phone call a few minutes after that. I talked with Steven there who was very amazing and wanted to do everything he could to get me a great deal and made sure to be courteous of my time and understood I would be travelling some way to come to the dealership. They had a deal for me pinned down Friday evening that I was agreeable to and by far exceeded my expectations when I went to sign paperwork on Saturday. Not only was I able to get the model and trim vehicle that I really wanted, but they even came in under our agreed upon monthly note and interest rate. Everyone there was very kind and courteous to me and I never felt as though I was being haggled or taken advantage of with a shady deal. I am loved my experience and hope that others will as well.
