Great sales person. But absolutly horrible service dept. Ron in used sales did a great job. Had 2 issues with my purchase of the WARRINTY Edge. After yals 180 somthing inspection. The battry leaked and acid Ron in used sales did a great job. Had 2 issues with my purchase of the WARRINTY Edge. After yals 180 somthing inspection. The battry leaked and acid was on 1/5th of the car eng. I had to drive 40 miles to bring the car back to get a new battry and then they didnt clean any thing up. Acid every where. #2. Moon roof top. Saging down. My 4th trip back there. End result. We wont fix it, even though the sun shines in on the right side. Service wont clean the acid off. So Ron in sales had to. Thanks Ron. And the Owner- fire your service dept, and hire the ones at Ford in Marshall, or Tyler. Yalls stink. More
