All Around Great Experience Starting with the car I purchased, it was what I needed at the price I was happy with. I compared prices, mileage, makes, models and factory options (Fusion to Fusion, Dart to Dart, Cruz to Cruz / apples to apples) and found that Pegues-Hurst had better and diverse selection with lower internet prices. The staff was friendly and courteous and not pushy. The finance department personnel was just as friendly and professional. Thanks to Ron Wallis in Sales and James Jordan in Financing I purchased a great used low mileage Ford Fusion from Pegues-Hurst Ford Longview Texas. More

He ask me a few questions and called me later in the day and made a 9:45 am appointment for Saturday. Within a short period of time I was driving out in my new Ford Focus SE. Since I really do not drive over 10,000 miles a year Steven and Adam explained the benefits of leasing instead of purchasing since I do not have to drive much anymore. I chose the lease as it fit my needs so well. I walked out with my first months lease paid, money coming back and fee oil changes..woohoo...what is not to like!!! Outstanding and superb buying experience. My wife, daughter, and I looked for a couple of months at a specific car and even test drove a few and came close to buying the car but at the last mi My wife, daughter, and I looked for a couple of months at a specific car and even test drove a few and came close to buying the car but at the last minute something was wrong with the deal…. (Wrong car representation, poor and arrogant management) We became disappointed. We found another one about 200 miles away that was pretty much the same as the others, (Price, year, equipped etc.) but I was hesitant (200 miles!) my daughter talked me into making the call. So that’s when Zach Vaught came along. From the minute I first spoke to him, I immediately knew that he was honest and I felt comfortable from that moment on. Zach went out of his way on getting me all the information that I had requested. (Basically we worked out all the negotiations over the phone) When we arrived at the dealer and from the moment we met Zach (in person) and looked/test-drove the car, I was sold. Zack and James K. Jordan (Finance Mngr.) went out of their way to make the buying process easy and fast. They didn’t put any pressure on us. They treated us with the upmost respect. James beat the interest that we already were approved by a “much better” interest rate. As we were leaving, Zack took the time to explain key features of the car and made sure that my wife was comfortable with the explanations as she was driving the car home. We are (especially Amy) very happy with the car and will refer all of my family and friends to Pegues-Hurst Ford. Best car buying experience I've ever had! We talked to Zach on the phone Friday evening before the dealership closed. We told him what we wanted and he took care of all of it for us. We weren't able to get to dealership until the next day. We arrived at Pegues Hurst around 3:30 on Saturday and he had EVERYTHING ready for us. All we had to do was sign the papers and then we were able to drive off in our new car! We couldn't believe how easy Zach made the whole buying process for us. We both agreed that was the best car buying experience we have ever had and are so pleased with the great deal we got. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly.
