Sad at first then happy I recently took my car in for a problem I was having. I was given feedback that I couldn't agree with. I explained the problems I was having and left I recently took my car in for a problem I was having. I was given feedback that I couldn't agree with. I explained the problems I was having and left my car overnight for service. The next day when I picked my car up it was doing the same thing and I incurred costs I couldn't agree with. I drove back to dealership and insisted a technician drive my car. My problem was rather costly (transmission) so I brought my car back. The service manager got my car fixed and made adjustments. The service desk receptionist was very, very courteous and professional. More
