I keep getting disappointed on the reps that wait on you when you drive. They are all young except for the one (Adrian) that used to wait on me. These young ones really don’t know how to explain things to when you drive. They are all young except for the one (Adrian) that used to wait on me. They still don’t have the recall part in and it was 2023 when I received the letter from KIA . I like taking my car to KIA and have the Kia part in my car. I hope that is what they are doing,if not I am getting ripped off. I did buy my car brand new and want to get it for at least another year. Every time I go over I leave upset with them!! More
