Tristan was the sales person i had the most contact with. I had been preapproved days in advance (from several lenders mind you). I did my due diligence and got everything in order. Tristan even said "I'll pull the key for you." Liar. He texted, not called, literal minutes before they opened. I had already been driving there for 45 minutes to the dealership. "We sold the car an hour ago." HOW? Liar. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone and would gladly pay more someplace else. I will spread the word everywhere I can to help people find a more honest group of people. When you say something, mean it. Dealerships are as only as good as their word and everyone I talked to lied to me there. More
