I bought a 2015 Ford F-250 from here with 128,000 miles on it. After driving it for less than 1,000 miles I noticed a very bad death wobble at about 70 mph if i hit the right bump, or pothole. I took it to the service department for the service manager (Matt Binning) to tell me it was the tires that was causing the issue. New truck to me by the way... I'm driving it with the tires they sold it to me with. I left, grabbed some lunch, and returned to the dealership because I knew it wasn't the tires causing the death wobble. So he agreed to take another look and came to the conclusion to replace the stabilizer bar, and the shock. I brought it back in the following Tuesday and got both replaced paying $550 to do so. The very next day my truck death wobbles again, so I take it back to them and sit for 4 hours for them to come back and tell me that it is the tires causing the issue again. He said replace them and call me if it happens again.This week I got a second opinion and they said the track bar, and the ball joint have excessive slack... that there's no way it's a tire issue. This service department clearly doesn't care about the customer or making things right. I wouldn't recommend anyone take their vehicles there. They lack integrity, and professionalism, and either knowledge or they just wanted to send me out the door with no intentions of trying to solve the issue. I'll make sure that no one I know ever buys another, or takes their car to Peltier Kia Tyler. More
They claim that the Kia service every 6,000 mi needs to be completed every 5,000 miles this is a blunt of lie according to the Kia manual and Kia corporate. Also they will unknowingly put your car on CARFAX without your permission. That should be the customer's right to participate. More
