I like the service department they would call me throughout the day to let me know approximately how much longer they would have my car. They discovered that I needed new brakes and that the rotors throughout the day to let me know approximately how much longer they would have my car. They discovered that I needed new brakes and that the rotors on the front needed turning. I learned that they don't perform this work at the dealership anymore and they had to send it out to complete the job. Had I known that I would have had it done in Palestine where I live. I suppose I won't return it to them any more for those kinds of repairs. More
Not sure how I can recommend this dealership. I had a great buying experience, but Jacob is no longer there. The finance guy was decent enough, Sorry, can;t recall his name. I was paying cash, so not a lot of interaction on that part. The service is very suspect. They try to sell every service they can, and you have to be on your game to know what is their selling of service or Subaru's recommendation. I don;t like that, and just don;t get a feeling of trust from them. Unfortunately, I will have to use them since they are the only thing anywhere close. If it gets frustrating enough, I'll walk and find someone else to do my service. More
