Overall, service is ok. They always try to upsell you - literally every time I go there. For example, they made a recommendation to replace a part. I asked why the recommendation - did the technician find something wrong or was it solely based on mileage? She said it was based on mileage. The problem was the part had just been replaced during the previous service visit and it does not need to be replaced for another 18 months. They don’t check - they just put the recommendation based on a checklist. If I had let them do it, they would have upcharged me for about $650 of unnecessary service work. The same happened three months ago when I brought it in for an A/C check. I told them I thought it was the relay. They still did a full diagnostic. And recommended almost $2,500 worth of A/C work, which included the $50 relay. I told them to just change the relay. Three months later, and the A/C is still working perfectly fine - even with the scorching heatwave we’ve had in East Texas. More
