DJ Dougherty sold me my new Subaru Outback at Peninsula Subaru. He was very kind, helpful, & personable, & he gave me the time needed to decide on a purchase. I started as a new Subaru owner in 2019. I would rate the help I got in general as 0. Specifically I has 2 questions about my new Forester and no one, including management, took responsabi I would rate the help I got in general as 0. Specifically I has 2 questions about my new Forester and no one, including management, took responsabiliy to see that I did get an answer. These questions were (1) If eye-site turns off because of fog, how can you continue to use cruse-control? Almost everyone I talked to said "can't do it" and dismissed my question. It took 3 years of their ignoring me and dismissing my question. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. (2) More recently, I had trouble with the radio wiping out all my channel several employees dismissed it an my hitting a bad control. Finally someone realized that I could not have that trouble in that way. They realized that it was due to a bad radio head controller. Today I got t a new "head" and it actually seems to work now. So my general rating of the customer service is ZERO, very, very poor. A Dealership should NOT dismiss customers because they are not Subaru experts or are women - Just because I don't have per-knowledge does not mean I do not deserve good customer service. More

I have free oil changes for life on my 2008 Suzuki, which I take advantage of. The work is terrific and I never dread going there. Roy is a nice guy.
