Difficult is an UNDERstatement I gave 1 star for Pattie, because she at least was pleasant when selling the car. However, EVERYTHING else thereafter was TERRIBLE! I live in MD, so t I gave 1 star for Pattie, because she at least was pleasant when selling the car. However, EVERYTHING else thereafter was TERRIBLE! I live in MD, so the drive is about 2 hours away which is not bad, but on the way back down after purchasing the car, the check engine light came on, the sunroof leaked from the rain, it took a month and a half to receive my title with a temporary registration because the car did not pass a MD inspection, in between negotiating car repairs, one of the employees who set up all of the repairs was fired and we did not get anything we were promised, no one knows what they are doing and everyone is SO unprofessional. They are also affiliated with Star Auto Mall so if you have either in mind, DON'T!! & now that the car was totaled and I thought I would be done with this dealership for the rest of my life, here come the unprofessional, unknowledgeable employees to make paying off the car 50 times more difficult than it should ever be. Again, Patti was great, EVERYONE else sucks. More
