Just bought an Avalon. I was a bit nervous buying a car without my husband. I could not have asked for a better salesperson than Shamus. He was patient, helpful, understood my concerns and explained everything about the car that I was interested in. I never felt that I was getting the "hard sell". I took a day or two to make my decision and I am now the owner of a beautiful Avalon. There was no pressure from him even though it took me a while to finally decide on my purchase of the Rav 4 and even when I had to ask for my deposit back. I guess he knew that I would come back and purchase the car. He was very understanding during the entire proccess. James Delyanis went out of his way and picked me up when it came time for me to take ownership of the car since I was transferring my plates from my old car and there was no way for me to get to the dealership. Joe Jordan stepped in for Shamus on the day that I picked up the car since it was Shamus' day off and he went over everything in the car and showed me how everything worked. They made my car buying experience very easy and pleasant. In fact, Shamus told me that I could back back whenever I needed to in order to go over everything that I didn't understand.
