Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. I went in to purchase a Toyota RAV4 and was hit with a $3,000 dealer markup right off the bat. After pushing back, I negotiated a deal with this sales representative. We came to an agreement, shook hands, and I moved forward based on that understanding. At the time, I didn’t have my trade-in title or spare key with me. Luis told me it was no problem and that I could bring them later. I specifically asked for a FedEx envelope so I could send everything the next day, and I was told they had them—but I was never given one. The next day, Luis called asking me to come back to drop off the title and key and fix paperwork errors that the dealership made. I told him I’d be available Saturday. When Saturday came, something came up and I couldn’t make it in person. I tried to be proactive and suggested sending everything via certified mail. Instead of working with me, he became rude and hostile. Throughout the conversation, he kept insisting that the key and title would “get lost” and repeatedly said that I would be fully responsible if that happened, instead of offering any reasonable solution or reassurance. I continued trying to find a solution and even offered to use Uber Courier and split the cost just to get them what they needed quickly. That only made things worse—his attitude became more aggressive, and he even threatened not to process my DMV paperwork. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that allows this kind of unprofessional and confrontational behavior from their staff. What started as a straightforward purchase turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Proceed with caution. More

Penn Toyota replaced the screen in my 2024 rav4 prime but didnt update firmware. To fix this warranty issue they require the car for the whole day but havent been able to provide a loaner vehicle for 4 week didnt update firmware. I recently had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. After choosing a car, I asked for their price. The salesperson Alan jokingly said they could only take $100 off. Since they didn’t provide a fair quote, I offered $2,000 off MSRP myself. They agreed and required non-refundable deposit. There is one point needs to be mentioned. They did not inform us in advance of the deposit amount to be charged. It is entirely reasonable for a deposit to be $500 or even $1000, provided that both parties reach an agreement in advance. however, in this case, the process was highly improper. the salesman taking the card, processing $1000, and only informing us afterward. SO When they returned the receipt to us, I noticed the $1000 deposit and hesitated for a moment, but since i thought we would go through with the purchase anyway, i didn't mind paying extra $500 deposit that day. This dealership is precisely taking advantage of this kind of mindset from buyers. Most other dealers only ask $500 or less, so $1,000 non-refundable feels deliberately designed to trap customers. Later, after doing some research and visiting another Toyota dealer, I found out that the same car was being discounted thousands without any issues. SO Losing $1000 feels less frustrating than realizing this dealer took advantage of my trust and market ignorance. Yes, I take responsibility for not checking the market first, but a professional and transparent dealership should provide competitive, market-based pricing upfront instead of taking advantage of customers who don’t know the typical discounts. It now feels like that $1,000 deposit was designed to “lock me in” and discourage me from leaving once I discovered fairer deals elsewhere. This kind of practice shows a lack of transparency and fairness. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this dealership – do your research first and compare prices at multiple locations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealer. Over the past week, I visited their dealership twice and filled out the form they need. Both front desk and sales man Alan promised the manager would call me. Naturally, the manager never did.
