I understand that an out of state transaction has challenges, but after making a deal on a car, a certified cashier check sat at the dealership for three days before they could clear it, and two diff challenges, but after making a deal on a car, a certified cashier check sat at the dealership for three days before they could clear it, and two different people had failed to tell me that I could not hire an independent transport company to deliver the vehicle. After already making the transport reservation, I was told the day before pickup that I had to use the dealerships transport company. Two days after the check cleared and having to call multiple times per day for an update, I get a "it could take up to two weeks for the vehicle to be delivered" response. I asked two different ways to speak to a manager and they just kept pushing it off to the sales rep. Finally I contacted the required transport company myself and learned that the order for the vehicle had just been submitted via the dealership a couple hours prior to my call. No one even contacted me when the vehicle was picked up at the dealership and it ended up taking 14 days from when the certified check was delivered before I received the vehicle. Very poor communication all around! Sorry , but not a good experience at all! More

I will admit, I was very skeptical about the process at this dealership since my deal involved obtaining a specific vehicle from one of thier sister stores out of state... I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in which my vehicle arrived and the end process of essentially driving the vehicle and then literally signing the paperwork and being on my way! Eric was amazing as my salesman, and was responsive to my messages. He was with me for the whole process start to finish. Kudos to the whole team for keeping thier end of the bargain for my deal! They go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I discovered a noise coming from the rear of my vehicle later that day, they not only listened to my concerns, but they are going to take a look and look into a fix for the problem... made me feel so much more appreciative of thier customer service!
