I bought a Lexus from here, Matt was very kind and helpful through the sales process I was in and out within an hour and a half. A few week after purchasing the vehicle I noticed the tires were dry rotted.. and the front brakes were basically non existent. I reached out to Shane Welborn after I had repairs made due to the car not being road safe and he asked for my receipt. Upon reviewing he was quick to call me back and offer to cover 100% of the expenses. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from here. 10/10 More

It took this dealer over 5 hours to sell us a used car. It took over half an hour just to have a salesman available to show us the vehicle that we saw on line. This was after we had made an appointment to look at it. We had to wait more than 3 hours after the deal was made before they sent the salesperson who tries to sell you all the up charges and to sign all the registration and title paperwork. The weather was nice the day we bought our car and I feel we waisted the day sitting around and playing the waiting game. They need to get better organized and hire more employees if this is their standard of service. More
