I visited your dealership twice to try and buy your used suburban. The vehicle has either been wrecked or repainted. The first salesman said it hadn’t been either and then I showed him the obvious overspray suburban. The vehicle has either been wrecked or repainted. The first salesman said it hadn’t been either and then I showed him the obvious overspray on the fender well and tire plus the black rubber strip has paint all over it. I made a very fair cash offer for the vehicle and we were close. I came back and a different salesman said prices aren’t negotiable there and when I told him the other salesman did he just walked away. Granted I am not a car salesman but if someone made a cash offer within a few hundred dollars of the asking price on a very high mileage probably reworked vehicle that probably would never be financed I would take it. More
Their communication was terrible. None of this is their fault, but lays the scene for the next few issues that are theirs. When I found out about the unknown timeframe for the repair I asked for a trade in value, for an entire day I called in 3 times and nobody could tell me what was going on. The next day I still did not get an answer till half way through the day. I worked out most of the details of the purchase through text/via phone, yet when I got to the dealership they had nothing ready. They also tried to sell me add ons that 1) I told them I didn’t want and 2) I came to find out later the original owner had already purchased those ads ons (such as under coating and phantom footprint). They had no idea and gave no direction on the out of state purchase and again charged me extra for the transaction. I was overall very disappointed in the lack of understanding or willingness to work with someone who was willing to purchase a vehicle. More
