I had an oil change, serpentine belt change and tire rotation 4 days ago and realized that the oil change life was not reset. Made an 8:30 appt; arrived at 8:10 and got in line; 3 cars in front of me. No one spoke to me or approached my car until all 3 cars in front of me had cleared the lane. Two other cars that arrived afte cars in front of me. No one spoke to me or approached my car until all 3 cars in front of me had cleared the lane.
