Today, I got my new 2020 CRV EXL. This is the second CRV I purchased from Pensacola Honda. I can not say enough great things about PH, the staff goes above and beyond their duties. Chris Speigner is the ult I purchased from Pensacola Honda. I can not say enough great things about PH, the staff goes above and beyond their duties. Chris Speigner is the ultimate salesperson, a well-rounded man who knows his job. He assisted me to get my new car without "pressure tactic and with no rush". After the sale was finalized he showed and explained to me all the "bell and whistles" that came with my new car. I know for sure I won't remember "everything" he showed me but made me feel good when he told me he will be always around if I need assistance. Not to forget Jake Denker, the sales manager who make sure I received great deals. May I also include the PH Service Department, so far the "best" service department in this area. Hats off to Jeremy Cameron who is more than happy to assist me with all the repair and maintenance with my old CRV and my Infinity. If possible, could you "clone" these men to make PH an enjoyable place doing business. More
Outstanding service department! While visiting from out of town, our Honda started exhibiting symptoms of a weak battery. I called Pensacola Honda, and spoke to Debby Polozola in the service department. I of town, our Honda started exhibiting symptoms of a weak battery. I called Pensacola Honda, and spoke to Debby Polozola in the service department. I explained to her my concerns, and she scheduled an appointment for me the very next business day, to check my battery and charging system. Shortly after checking me in, Debby found me in the customer lounge to explain what the techs had found, which is usually always bad news! To my complete surprise, she explained that both the battery and charging system checked out perfectly! That in and of itself was amazing, a dealership that found nothing wrong with your car! I asked her if I should just go ahead and purchase a new battery, since the other one was fairly old, and she said they wouldn’t recommend that! Then I asked her what I owed her for the diagnosis, and she said, “No charge”. I thought I was George Bailey in “It’s a Wonderful Life”, when he received his gift steamer trunk! On top of that, when they pulled my car up, it had just received a complimentary car wash! Finding a dealership with that level of integrity, and customer service, is unfortunately a rarity these days. If I lived in the area, this would most definitely be my dealership!
