Totally Amazing Experience I’ve purchased 2 new vehicles in the last 2 years from Gary Smith Honda 2017 and Fort Walton Beach Toyota 2018 and the experience was very time consum I’ve purchased 2 new vehicles in the last 2 years from Gary Smith Honda 2017 and Fort Walton Beach Toyota 2018 and the experience was very time consuming, annoying and the deception was constant. I dreaded buying another new car but I had no choice. Once I narrowed down the car that my son wanted I contacted several dealers by phone and emails letting them know I was in the market for a new 2019 civic hatchback. I started my journey at Gary Smith Honda with a test drive. I chose to not sit down and negotiate since it took 4 long hours of sitting and waiting before drove off with new car at last sale in 2017. So I decided to get OTD PRICE by internet before making a deal. I contacted Pensacola Honda by internet and Ann Mann sent me a quote as requested on the car I wanted. I knew a ball park figure I wanted to spend so the negotiations began. Other dealers wouldn’t send me a quote but said we can beat the current quote. Gary Smith Honda who I’ve purchased 2 new cars from wanted to beat the quote by a Measly 100 Dollars. Ann Mann not only beat her own quote to set the deal , she agreed to additions of accessories that other dealer had offered. When I arrived to purchase the car, the accessories were already added. She even had the windows tinted at no extra charge. The car was beautiful! My son and I were So surprised to say the least. Cynthia Sarikaya, our experience guide, took us for a test drive, showed how to work features on the car,,did paperwork ,new tag, met with service department for first Complimentary oil change and made my purchase,- all in less than 2 1/2 hours. Cynthia was so nice and professional. She gave us the VIP treatment. SUPER EXPERIENCE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!! I can’t wait to go in for my first oil change.👍 More
