I was an hour late and still drove out with satisfaction. My appointment was for a battery problem for my Odyssey. I had to call a road assistance company to help me jump start the engine. In the meantime I had to call Mitch Hayward to tell him that I am going to be late. It took about an hour. Mitch was always very helpful to meet everything what is expected from a service manager. He made sure that my Odyssey had the new battery and back to normal condition. I believe I drove her out in less than hour. Great service!!!!! More

I really enjoyed my experience. I bought my car on Friday and Eric was great. It was pouring out but he stayed out in the rain with us to make sure we were happy with our selection. This would be 5 stars except that when I got home and the sun came out I noticed the passenger side tail light has a crack in the lense. I find it hard to believe that the dealership did not know about that and repair it before selling the car. More
