I told the technician that I needed it checked, but given the age and mileage on the vehicle, let me decide how to proceed once they determined the problem. My technician, Mitch Hayward, stayed in touch, got my approval for the required service, and got me back on the road with a truck that sounded better than it had in years, without costing an arm and a leg. This is the best experience that I have had in a dealership service center, and highly recommend Pensacola Honda. More

But she picked up on that right away and let me check and verify things on my own while remaining relatively quiet and only commented when I had a question. I ended up purchasing the Honda Clarity PHEV. That attentiveness is rare. She never tried to sell me. She didn’t have to. I was offered coffee, and she worked with me to get a good trade-in value on my car. I highly recommend Cynthia should you be in the neighborhood looking to test drive and or purchase a new Honda.
