I took my vehicle in twice this past month for service and for an issue I was experiencing while driving. Stephanie kept constant communication with me, keeping me well informed of any updates/findings on what was causing this noise I had. She was able to provide in great detail (Which I appreciate) what was found and the solution to fix the problem. She was able to find the parts needed to repair my vehicle and had my vehicle returned to me in great shape sooner than expected. I have been bringing my SUV for the past 8 years to Penske GMC Cerritos and with service like this I will continue to do so. More
