Fantastic experience, from phone call to completion. Very efficient, everthing done when they said it would. I have to drive 20 miles to get to this dealer and it's worth the inconvenience. I have a 2009 Saturn Vue hybrid which required a recall/battery replacement. Other so-called GM certified dealer/service centers gave me a royal runaround (over three months without obtaining the required part), but with Greg and the others at Cerritos GMC Buick, I got the work done NEXT DAY! They also performed a service and suggested a way I could prevent that particular service in the future. Way to go! More

Jay Jannadi was perfect! Called the dealership on a Satruday morning, drove away with the car I wanted by that evening. He took my initial call as a cold call but recognized he was dealing with a know Satruday morning, drove away with the car I wanted by that evening. He took my initial call as a cold call but recognized he was dealing with a knowledgeable serious buyer and treated me as such. He took my parameters and called me back within the hour. We made an appoitment for later that afternoon which would have been about an hour before he got off work. Unfortunately, due to various factors, we were very late, but he waited. He had the vehicles ready for us to look at. But while there I changed my mind as to color and he immdiatly found what I wanted. We test drove it with him, he showed us all the bells and whisltes and voila, we sat down and bought the car. Easy. No fuss. All thanks to Jay. I would highly recommend him as as salesperson. More

All of the staff in which my family and I came in contact was both courteous and warm not stand offish!Mr.Oscar Colis was both professional and very knowledgable of services and products available to be helpful and useful in protecting our vehicle I would indeed recommend this dealership to any potentialy car buyers they were both a warm and friendly dealership. The operater answering the the phones is very rude, I can't get things done within a reasonable amount of time and once again I've been let down by yet another GMC, Cheverolet dealer. I forgot to mentione that this was a cash deal on a 2007 Cadillac Escalade which they have already been paid for. Jason and B.G. Woodhouse have been very helpful, but as far as the rest of the staff they need to go back to customer relationship training. More
