We dont feel the welcome feel here in their service department. Been there twice for routine service and dont obtain the level of service as Ford (neighbor dealership). We thought dealership would keep overnight, asked for a loaner and fast to say not available with out seeking a resolution. I had to seek further for a shuttle the mall.
