There was only one service person in his office when I arrived and he was busy on his computer. He came out and helped the man who arrived after I did. Luckily, a young man came around the corner and assi arrived and he was busy on his computer. He came out and helped the man who arrived after I did. Luckily, a young man came around the corner and assisted me. His name was Javier. He was really nice and helped me. I explained the problems I had with Martin Chevrolet. I had to find my own ride to Enterprise Rent a Car. I am satisfied with the service I received at Penske. I even got my car back on the same day. Martin kept my car for three days for the same repair! More
