Service Department took 3 hours to perform an oil change. When I tried to rush them a short latino man named Cesar gave me an attitude and said next time I'm in a rush don't request a wash. He left to bring my vehicle drenched in water dripping and threw the vehicles paperwork with an attitude on Robert Wrights desk. Never again will I return here. I rather drive to Calabasas where I purchased the vehicle. Also Penske doesn't offer an complimentary drinks or coffee in the outdated waiting room. Very unimpressive. More

Outstanding customer service. I had a warning light come on and the soonest appointment was June 7th. They told me to come in the next day which was May 25. It was the long weeken I had a warning light come on and the soonest appointment was June 7th. They told me to come in the next day which was May 25. It was the long weekend and they have my car done and checked out by Tuesday the 28th. It was a smooth process. They even took care of my Rent-A-Car. More

Overall good experience coming in for my first service at Penske, as my original Buick dealer in Long Beach has discontinued the sale of new Buicks, and seem to only be continuing limited sercvice on Buicks, Penske, as my original Buick dealer in Long Beach has discontinued the sale of new Buicks, and seem to only be continuing limited sercvice on Buicks, so I have now chosen Penske.
