Professional and friendly. Although I did not have an appointment, they still looked at the issue I had going on with my car, and from there, they narrowed down the problem and Although I did not have an appointment, they still looked at the issue I had going on with my car, and from there, they narrowed down the problem and got me an appointment right away. The only negative thing I found is their customer lounge seating. It is horribly in need of new chairs. Currently, the seating is so uncomfortable and low to the ground, that you almost fall into the chairs and when you try to stand up, that is a whole new issue. I finally struggled to the point where I went and sat in the other waiting area with cafeteria-style seating. I witnessed customer after customer also having the same stress and trouble sitting in the seats and later trying to stand back up. More
