Way too long for service. Claiming no service workers....They ordered parts for my truck due to not available. The service advisor Maria was great, the work done was excellent. The rental car (Enterprise) provided was absolute crap ( a Chevy Spark in place of my Escalade) . Easy, over the phone appointment. My appointment was the same day that I called in. When I arrived, Javier was there to help me. We discussed what needed to be done.
