Aggressive sales: I was assured verbally my initial credit check would be a soft check, and it wasn't. I had buyer's remorse and could not speak to a manager like I was told via phone. One star is being generous. I waited 4 HOURS for an oil change, air filter change and tires rotated. Staff are rude and on their cell phones. Not one person said Thank you.
