My overall experience with this dealership was not positive, but my experience with some individuals was great. I ordered a car in July 2023 and literally never received updates. I would call periodic positive, but my experience with some individuals was great. I ordered a car in July 2023 and literally never received updates. I would call periodically and sometimes the person I was working with would pick up and look at the status, but many times I’d be told I’d get a call back that never came. 3 months go by and I ask if the car is ever coming. I’m told it will. However, the electric vehicle credit I was hoping to access was close to expiring so I needed the car soon. They said they could save one on the lot for me… but that one was quite a bit more expensive than what I ordered. And I had to get it soon or they’d sell it to someone else. All in all, not a great experience. At the end of it all, the dealer did knock off a bit of the price and throw in a few things, but only after many calls to bosses and managers and the whole slew. It was not the best experience, but I do recognize that the manufacturer is separate from the dealer & 2 months into this, there was a strike. With that said, I think better communication would have been great especially since I found out that the car I ordered may never come since that model isn’t coming back in the new year. More

Customer service is poor. Everytime I take my vehicle for service, the reps are not pleasant. They don’t greet you and when you ask questions they seem bothered. I would give zero to them. When I asked a car, sales Abed told me a price and keep calling me to come buy the car. Then the car disappeared online, I called, they said the car When I asked a car, sales Abed told me a price and keep calling me to come buy the car. Then the car disappeared online, I called, they said the car’s not ready and it’s waiting for parts. Then the car showed online again, I called , them they said it’s waiting for parts and might be ready next Wednesday. But the same day Abed called me said: oh it’s ready, come to see me. When I come, they said it’s ready and not waiting for parts, Abed printed out a paperwork which added $2000 before tax. Finally, I accepted it. But right after I paid in full, I saw a small crack on the windshield glass, I come back they refused to replace it but would fix it, and manager Daniel Medina asked me to wait for him then he brought a lot of paperwork to ask me to sign, saying the car was fully inspected and I signed. Then scheduled next Tuesday to fix the glass, asked me not wash the windshield glass. After it’s fixed, I left washed my car but saw so many dings on the windshield glass not only the crack, but when you come to show them the dings they gave you an really bad attitude refused to do anything about it.
