I purchased my HRV from Penske in 2017. I returned for all but once to Penske for my service. The one time I had to visit another Honda dealership and regret that I did. Each time I have returned to Penske, I get nothing less from exceptional service. Ken Okimoto helped me upon arrival in the service department on Saturday, February 4th. He was professional, asked what brought me in. I told him I had an appointment for a B-1 service needed. Check in was quick, simple. I waited for my car. I was expecting at least 2 hours. Which was perfectly fine with me. Ken came and told me my car was done just past 1 hour 1/2. It didn't even seem like I was there for that time. I told him that was quick. He asked if I had any other questions or concerns before I left. I have not had a bad experience at Penske. That's why I return. Thank you Penske Honda Service Team and Thank You Ken. More
