They do not even deserve one start. They Trick You to Get You in the Door. I scheduled an appointment for my son to buy 2016 Honda Civic Ex-L. I verified the car, the price, and the mileage with Julia. My son had to drive from Los Angeles to Ontario. However, the dealer stated that the car was sold and offered him 2019 Honda Civic for a higher price. When I questioned them how could they sell the car in less than 45 minutes? They have no answers but lies to justify their violation of the Federal Advertising law. I spoke with Tyson who was so incompetent. I asked for a higher manager. I got transferred to a voicemail. They refused to compensate my son for his gas money since he did not buy the other car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER More

Sales associate was fantastic. I went in at 9:30 am. Told him I was wanting to purchase my lease. He Didn’t push me to purchase something new. The sales manager came and assisted and expedited the process. My credit wasn’t the best but since I was with them for 10 years, they were able to assist with zero down and low payments.
