The service staff, appointments process and payment options were very convenient. I had issues with the inspection process. My tires were faulty and could have blown out at anytime. The tires were list options were very convenient. I had issues with the inspection process. My tires were faulty and could have blown out at anytime. The tires were listed as being inspected. It was mentioned that the tread was getting low and tires need to be replaced soon but it wasn’t mentioned as a dire repair as it actually was. This was unsafe to let me leave the dealership without the option to replace the hazardous tires on the car. More
