This Honda dealership has been the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. Let me start off by saying this. When you go to a dealership you want salesmen to greet you with smiles and you as a buyer should b ever experienced. Let me start off by saying this. When you go to a dealership you want salesmen to greet you with smiles and you as a buyer should be an exciting day for you and your family. When I got there, Hector came out aggressively interrupting us after we greeted him with a big smile, when it was time to test drive the car, he put his SoCal trainee to give us a ride of our life time but it turned out to be our worst car buying experience. Hector promise us deals like the day you sit on santas lap when you were a kid thinking that Santa is going to make your wishes come true. He promise us that he was going to bring down $1000 from the vehicle We were interested in and When it was time to sit down with Edgar, we asked hector before he left, that if he was going to keep his promise. Edgar looked baffled & confused and told hector in very aggressive tone of voice “why are you making deals without consulting with me. “Hector respond was, I didn’t promise anything” when it was time for hector to leave, Edgar said he can make the deal happen. He told me that he was going to run some numbers and talk to different banks. In the meantime while Edgar was running some numbers, my wife and I stepped out for lunch. By the time we came back an hr later, nothing was ready and Edgar had left for the day. I was upset and confused of what was going on. When I approach Peter Munoz, I asked him what was going on and I didn’t get a response from him because he was to busy making conversation with his colleague. As soon as my wife and I asked if we can see the invoice or pay $1000 under invoice he then stopped what he was doing, looked at us with his angry eyes got up and yelled at us, telling us that he was not going to make any deals or business with us. After he said what he said, he decided to walk away from us and walked towards his general manager Kris Kratky. He decided to close the door and kept us waiting for about 10 mins. My wife and I decided to walk to his office and ask them, “what seems to be the problem”? They couldn’t answer us. When we decided to ask them for my credit report, they denied to show me my credit report after they had already showed me the credit report in the beginning of negotiations. We decided to not make a deal with them and decided to walk away. The following day Amanda decided to reach out to me and left a voice mail, letting me know that if I’m still interested on purchasing the vehicle. At that moment after I finished listing to the voice mail, I decided to forgive and forget and give them a chance to see what they can offer, I decided to call Mr. Kratky. After hrs of negotiations, we came out to an agreement and decided to drive to the dealership and signed some paper work. After hours of signing paper work and finally walking out with a car, I was finally stress free! 6 days later on 9-22-20 the finance manager called me and demanded me to stop doing what I was doing and to stop by the following day on 9-23-20 to sign a new contract bc they have messed up my name on the first contract. Now I have to spend my gas and mileage and go out of my way to sign that contract. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t recommend this dealership at all by any means. More
Ken was very professional. I had to pick up my car after service dept had closed and he made sure my keys and contract were available for my pick up. Ken though seem to be a man of few words, was very helpful , honest and attentive. He only recommended service that’s really needed to be done but also made me aware of what’s needing future attentio helpful , honest and attentive. The service porters were very unprofessional when it came to attend customers who were on time for their scheduled service appointments. When I relayed this information to my service advisor he did not seem to attend customers who were on time for their scheduled service appointments. When I relayed this information to my service advisor he did not seem to interested in my concern for the lack of professionalism given by the service porter and instead asked that I speak with the manager to express my concerns.
