The service porters were very unprofessional when it came to attend customers who were on time for their scheduled service appointments. When I relayed this information to my service advisor he did not seem to attend customers who were on time for their scheduled service appointments. When I relayed this information to my service advisor he did not seem to interested in my concern for the lack of professionalism given by the service porter and instead asked that I speak with the manager to express my concerns.
