Anthony Medina greeted me at service reception with a smile and an abundance of knowledge and caring. No one, since I’ve been taking cars in for service (I’m 56), has ever taken the time to explain thing smile and an abundance of knowledge and caring. No one, since I’ve been taking cars in for service (I’m 56), has ever taken the time to explain things to me like he did. He made me feel like I was the only person that mattered that day.
