Very WORTHLESS People here It amazes me how I bought my car here and I've also been coming here for the past 2 years to get my vehicle serviced, and yet it seems that every time It amazes me how I bought my car here and I've also been coming here for the past 2 years to get my vehicle serviced, and yet it seems that every time I visit I get low quality service by incompetent employees? Do you guys have supervisors that have no clue what they're doing or what's the deal here? The guy quoted me 2 hours for the oil change and I end up having to wait over 3 HOURS for my oil change to get done. On top of that, when I have my car delivered to me it looks like your guys just grabbed a dirty wet rag and proceeded to "clean" my car with it. Was worst than when I brought it in. At the very least let the customer know that your employees are not properly trained on how to wash a car before offering the "free" car wash. Ridiculous. If I wanted my car looking like that I would have just told my 7 year old to wash it for me. Would have done a better job at doing so. Not to mention your little upsells that you annoy me with as well. I will be leaving a one star review on every page of yours that I find online. I don't need your employees fake little smiles, what I need is for the services that I pay for to be done RIGHT! More

I now have 14 hard inquiries. They supposedly got me approve for a 2017 Honda Accord LX. Payments were going to be 650 for 72 months! That's 44,460 dollars! That's ridiculous! Don't go to this place! Scam artist to the max! They try to screw your credit up so you have no chance but to either go to them or buy a used car outside the dealership! Horrible!! More

You want to talk about rude here are the departments, first I've taken our car 3 times for its oil change, this last time I wanted to file a complaint. The guy didn't understand apparently that I was getting angry because instead of taking his time and explaining to us what our car needed he tried to push the full service package! the worst part is he kept saying that he wouldn't give me any deals on the service that the price is how the guys in the back make their money! seriously this is the most worst service by far. Incompetent Worked a deal over the internet which was to our liking. Drove an hour and a half from SD to complete the deal. After seeing the cars (one we were purchasing and our trade in) we both agreed everything was as expelted. With minor issues resolved the deal was completed on this October day. Great, right? Wrong! Mid November I receive a call from my bank whom I financed the car with asking if I've received the title to our new car. I said I had not received a title or the registration which was due in December. The next day I called the dealership and asked what the deal was. They assured me that it would arrive shortly. Two weeks pass and in the mail we recieve a letter from the dmv stating they were suspending our registration on our car which we traded in! It's December now, so I call again and ask what is going on. They tell me that the dmv had made a mistake but that it was rectified and should be all squared away. Great! Right? Wrong! It's now mid January and today I come home to a letter from the dmv again stating that the car in which we traded in was again having it's registration suspended. I also received a ticket from the toll roads with the license of the car I traded in from new years night! So here we are January 20th still without tags on the car we bought which are now expired. Suspended registration and a ticket from the car we traded in and the bank is without the title.. Completely incompetent is what this dealership is and they weren't very friendly to boot. More
