I usually have good experiences here. Derek is great to work with in service department. My last two visits I didn’t get to work with him. And for several reasons, these visits weren’t th Derek is great to work with in service department. My last two visits I didn’t get to work with him. And for several reasons, these visits weren’t the greatest. I got an oil change and the splash shield was left unscrewed. I didn’t notice it until I was on the freeway and it slammed up and down making a terrible noise. I couldn’t come back and have it fixed because it was already closing time. So I had to come before or after work on a Monday. It would have been nice to have some recognition of the inconvenience this caused me or potential damage to my splash shield. But instead I got a five minute repair estimate that turned into a nearly thirty minute wait time. More
