In the past my experience with the service dept has been - not spectacular. I drive an older Honda and but I love it and don't want a new one. Today's experience with Alan Salcedo was a night and day difference - he was very nice and took his time even though they were very busy to explain everything to me and made sure I understood all suggested additional work. I will definitely be bringing back to this service advisor. When I am ready to purchase a new Honda.. I'll be looking at Penske. More
