Honda Penske has always been our top priority go to dealer every time we’re planning to get a car. We had a good experience with them in terms of service (both customer & mechanical), the people we dea dealer every time we’re planning to get a car. We had a good experience with them in terms of service (both customer & mechanical), the people we dealt with such as Rico Gutierrez who is a very nice person, very professional, caring, polite & always putting himself in the shoes of his client. Hector did a great job as well in explaining to us our financial options same with Amit their manager who took the time in explaining the situation to us when a difficult & very uncomfortable situation arises with their manager Uday. I’m sorry to say but Uday doesn’t know exactly what a good customer relation is all about. He doesn’t have that “gift” to make other people feel that they are in good hands. I know everyone is different but he make us feel uncomfortable, he’s rude, very unprofessional in talking to client, I feel hostility & arrogance in his voice every time he talks. I feel sad that these things happened but he should really learn how to talk in a nice way. Just wanna thank Miss Angelica for her friendly and professional NO PRESSURE sales. I'm very happy with my purchase (2019 white honda CRV!).
