I always have a good experience with the penske service department. They get me in as quickly as possible and get the service completed quickly. If you get the car into them before noon and they have the p department. They get me in as quickly as possible and get the service completed quickly. If you get the car into them before noon and they have the parts you can have it completed in the same day. Ken always is very thorough in explaining the problem and how they fixed it. Always a pleasure. More
