Found out that my AC doesnt blow cold air and made a call to Penske Honda to see if they can take me for the same day appointment. Luckily they put me into the only available slot during the same day around to Penske Honda to see if they can take me for the same day appointment. Luckily they put me into the only available slot during the same day around 1 PM. Ms. Gia Bravo was my service advisor and told me the problem might be due to a manufacture faulty part. I waited for a few hours and got my car back with nice cold air again! Ms. Bravo is very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anybody if you have any services-related questions. The Advisor Fred, was very kind and spoke clearly. However I didn’t like that Honda would not cover the repair for the Evaporator. This is a know problem and Honda is doing nothing about it!
