On Wednesday, October 25, I was in the Penske Toyota service area, with the 2019 Corolla, the insurance for the tire with the problem was denied by the insurer, saying that the screw on the tire was very clean, that being the reason why they were denying the change of the tire, so I told the service agent that if that is the reason for the denial of the change, I did not need the insurance, then I told him to withdraw the insurance, the agent Michael referred me to a finance person, the finance person who heard me told me that he would be talking to his manager, after a long time he told me that they couldn't do anything, that it is Toyota's policy and that they can't do anything .. I bought the tire insurance from you and I continue to pay for said insurance, it is unacceptable for me to continue paying for something/service that cannot be used, I need a solution, likewise, the dealer service said that they could patch the tire, without However, they didn't do it either, I was at the dealer from 11:00am to 5pm to receive terrible service from the dealer, I have been a customer of yours for a long time, my son drives a Corolla Hibryd, my wife a Lexus RX400h…. We are not bad customers, the only thing we ask for is respect, thank you for your time.
