The scheduling system is not the greatest! Lobby and restrooms always clean and fully stocked. The Wifi was down for technicians to detect air pressure signal on dashboard and unfortunately this was not solved. Definitely recommend Penske Downey to others. I’ve been one happy customer for years. However, prices may be higher than other places but I like to get my Toyota serviced by Toyota only! More
