I wouldn’t say the best customer service. I guess it depends on the person helping, since I’ve been there numerous times and had male reps help me with awesome customer service experience. VS this female (Nancy)rep I received this last time, wasn’t so great , asked if the drivers can pull up my sun block for my windshield with this scorching hot sun and leather seats. And she gave a smirk and said “oh no they won’t do that.” Where as , in my other experiences with the male reps they said they’ll make sure they notify them and personally let them know to put up. Now that’s wonderful service honestly. By far this is my favorite Toyota dealer by far. More
