We went into Peoria Ford to inquire about a price on an Escape advertized several times on a local television channel. I asked the first salesman who approached if they had the advertized vehicle at the ad Escape advertized several times on a local television channel. I asked the first salesman who approached if they had the advertized vehicle at the advertized price. He couldn't answer and wanted to walk the lot to look. 106 at the time and i said no, too hot to walk. We went inside and a while later another sales rep approached with the first man. He couldn't answer the question either. But asked if I cut the ad out? I said no, too hard to cut an ad off television. He was "annoyed" because I told him I was only interested in the advertized vehicle. Hence the third salesman, a manager. Still no answer. When I asked the question again, he was vague and said the car was a manual and condescendingly asked if could I drive a manual. I said indeed I could, but I wanted an automatic then followed with how much more it was and did he have it in stock. He said he'd have to order the manual?? At that point there was no doubt no one at Peoria Ford knew what they were doing or was deliberately being evasive and we left. I would not recvomend Peoria Ford. The don't represent Ford well nor appear honest. More
A year and a half ago I took a vehicle in for a trade and long story short, the terms I agreed on initially looked like the terms on the contract but what I didn't realize was that my vehicle trade was not e long story short, the terms I agreed on initially looked like the terms on the contract but what I didn't realize was that my vehicle trade was not even accounted for toward the overall value of what I was purchasing. Not only that, but my purchase was somehow contorted into a lease so I do not even own this vehicle now and after I am done with the lease I will still have to pay $12K to purchase it outright. I was actually told that I would own the vehicle outright at the end of my payments, not that I would owe another 12 grand. Between that and the $5k in equity in my trade in I was SCREWED. I signed the paperwork like a fool without going through the fine print with a fine tooth comb. Last week I decided to give them the opportunity to make things right and they tried pulling the same scam on me again except this time it was even worse, they tried tacking on over $7,000 in "fees" on a $23k vehicle over what the advertised sticker price for that specific vin number was on that car. They lied to me repeatedly and treated me like a moron. They are greedy and will do nothing but hassle you until you are so worn out then they will tell you what you think you are getting as good terms and have you sign the paperwork, and by that time you are so exhausted to see all of the fine print and not realize they gave you no deal, screwed you, and smiled while doing it. This time I not only did not purchase a vehicle, but instead filed a complaint with the BBB, I will never shop there again, and I am telling everyone I know to go across the street to Chevrolet or any other car dealer anywhere else. This place is beyond bad! They are truly the slimiest of salesmen. It's dealerships like Peoria Ford that give car dealers a bad name and make people cringe at the thought of going to buy a car. Stay away from Peoria Ford! More

I had an appointment for 7:30 am but my car that morning was undriveable so had it towed to Peoria Ford. It was there by 8:10 am. I contacted them on line (pop-up person who interacts with you...turned out was undriveable so had it towed to Peoria Ford. It was there by 8:10 am. I contacted them on line (pop-up person who interacts with you...turned out to be useless), with a letter I sent with the tow truck driver, and then finally a phone call at 10:30 am,after waiting for hours to find out what the cost would be. He then called me back at 11:30. At that time the service assistant said I also needed some fluids changed and plugs replaced. I said I thought I just had those things done not too long ago. He said check my records and let him know. I called back less than 30 minutes later and he was unavailable and I got his voice mail and told him that the brake and power steering fluids had been flushed and changed less than nine months before and not to do them as I felt that something was very wrong here. He never called back as I had requested. I also said in this message to go ahead and do the plugs. Finally after not getting any call back I called at 4:35 pm and was told that the car would be ready at 7:30 pm but could not be picked up until the next morning (Saturday), that they had changed the fluids anyway and did not do the plugs. The next morning I called for their courtesy shuttle and after two hours no one showed. When I called again they said that driver had been very busy and that it was a courtesy not my privilege! My bill including the fluids was almost $2200!!! Also the shuttle driver told me they forgot to tell him, that he had been sitting around most of the morning in the break room and would have been to get me at 7 am if he had known. I got there finally at 12:15 pm the next day!!! I wrote three letters now, two to the service manager Mr. Dickson, and one to the service assistant. I got no response to any of my communications or complaints and it has been a month of waiting. I would go to Sanderson Ford, drive the extra distance and not use this place ever again! More
I went to see a special on an f150 they had advertised. When I got there I had to convince them to let me drive it. The drive was extremely short because it had no gas. The truck was dirty and was missing When I got there I had to convince them to let me drive it. The drive was extremely short because it had no gas. The truck was dirty and was missing the engine cover. I liked it enough that for the price they had it advertised for I was going to buy it. When that time came though they told me they would not honor the advertised price. After arguing about the false advertising it was clear they didn't want my business. The way I was treated and talked to was outrageous. I wish I'd saved the emails so I could list the internet managers name. Ford will be getting a phone call about this for sure! More

I bought a 2012 Fiesta from them. The worst mistake I ever made. The Finance guy uses lies and scare tactics about Ford backing the warrenty on their vehicles to sell you another warrenty. The car has br ever made. The Finance guy uses lies and scare tactics about Ford backing the warrenty on their vehicles to sell you another warrenty. The car has braking issues. It pulls so hard to the right when you hit the brakes hard it will cause the car to pull into the next lane. The car has alignment issues. The car has gaps in the body pannels thay let water drip onto the electrical. The AC will not keep the car cool when the temp is above 95 degrees. WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR IN TO GET THESE ISSUES FIXED YOU GET A CALL FROM THIER SERVICE THAT THEY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE. THIS CAR IS A DEATH TRAP!!!!! More

Ford factory rebate, Then Discount Doug called and said they would discount $3000. now the price for their car is $36,000. Damen called and set up an appointment. I had asked for Tony as he was the sales person I was working with. When I got their Tony was busy, so I was to talk with a different salesman,ok.I said We had decided to trade our 2004 F250 Lariet 4x4 with only 52000 1 owner miles ( trk is like new) with many extras, They went out to look at my trk.,then came back and said we have a deal for you. They added AZ. sales tax of the price of the car $3400.which I had told them the sale would be an out of state purchase and We would take care of the tax when we transfered our registration ( tax in our state has a max of $1,100 ) They said they had to pay it and if their was a refund the state I registered in would send that to me. Wrong. The next blow was the unfair trade in value $8200. I should them the Blue Book Print out of $16,464.trade in value. The two salesmen left and returned and said $8,200. was the best price. This dealer wants to rip people off with unfair trade in values, and practices. I hope all the new vehicles set on his lot and rot. More
Went to the dealer based on emails stating that the vehicle I wanted was in stock and would be ready for me to view. I got there and it wasn't ready, it had actually been sold. The many people who tr vehicle I wanted was in stock and would be ready for me to view. I got there and it wasn't ready, it had actually been sold. The many people who tried to help were acting apologetic and tried the dog and pony show leading me around the dealership looking at other used cars that weren't even close to what I wanted. They later tried to low-ball my trade and harass me into coming back to the dealership (I know they wanted my trade). I gave them my terms and they said they would work it out. I told them no because they offered 3rd party extended warranties and unethical practices of having 4 different people call with different stories about what happened. Each time they called and I told them I drove so far to see a vehicle that didn't exist, that person stopped calling. Now I have purchased another vehicle and they are still calling. They don't "get" customer service and will fast talk you to death. Trust me people, I went to a lot of dealerships in the last few weeks and this was the worst. Go to a Power dealership. They might be a mega giant company but their prices are great and I've bought 3 cars with them at different dealerships and they have always worked with me and have good customer service. They also really do take care of their vehicles before they sell them. No hidden scams to get you to drive to Peoria. I will let them keep calling and wasting man hours for now. They need to go out of business. More
I went to this dealer to check out a new car I was considering buying. I went there only because it was the closest to me. My salesman (David) was new but knowledgable. While at the dealership, one considering buying. I went there only because it was the closest to me. My salesman (David) was new but knowledgable. While at the dealership, one of the managers came over and asked me questions. The next morning after the test drive the harrassing phone calls began. One manager after another, once or twice a day. The callers had no idea what stage in the process I was at and kept offering inappropriate things to try to move me to an immediate sale. These guys are the WORST for high pressure sales tactics that I have ever encountered! After two days of high-pressure and annoying calls from managers, I told one manager, and then my salesperson, that I only wanted to receive calls from ONE person at their dealership, and that was my salesperson. I said if anyone else called me again, I would take my business elsewhere. My salesperson assured me that he'd noted that in my file and that he would be the only one calling me from then on. But the managers' calls continued once or twice a day for two more days. I kept telling them not to call me, but they ignored that. My last call from a manager I told him I'd taken my business elsewhere (which I have) and he argued with more high-pressure sales lines about why I should buy from them because they'll give me the best price. Ya right. I told him I wouldn't buy from them if they were the only dealership in the country. Despite that, I expect I haven't heard the last from them. It seems the only way to get rid of these guys is to either tell them you bought a car already, or to block their phone number! It was interesting to read the other reviews on here. This dealership clearly chases people way with their sales tactics, yet they don't seem to care. If I do buy a Ford, I won't even take it to their service department because I wouldn't trust them!
