It was a warranty on my batter that is 1 1/2 yrs old lost 2 cells. Linda was point if contact, she CONVINCED ME TO BUY THIS BRAND NEW 19 A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND I make her take care of every little thing with my beautiful 2019 FORD MUSTANG GT. SHE ALWAYS ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE AND EVEN GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP WITH OTHER THINGS THAT AREN'T IN HER DEPARTMENT. SHE "ALMOST" NEVER COMPLAINS LOL. Linda was the lady who helped me get my daughters vehicle. I qualified and did paperwork that day. Reasonable down payment and she got my payment where i liked it. She did a great job. My experience from my awesome sales person was unbelievable. I originally tried to get a car financed in March of 2019 but my scores were to low so she told me to keep paying on the car I had for unbelievable. Doug made the process very easy and clear witch I appreciated. He was also very knowledgable of the vehicle even though it was a Dodge on a Ford lot.
