An employee from Peoria Ford, Jonathan Saldivar, contacted me about a car I had listed for sale on Craigslist. At first I declined as dealerships tend to offer very low amounts. I explicitly told th contacted me about a car I had listed for sale on Craigslist. At first I declined as dealerships tend to offer very low amounts. I explicitly told this to Jonathan, but he immediately assured me that they could make an offer in my price range. When I asked him to confirm, as I live an hour and a half away from them. He said it would be no problem, so I agreed to come in. When I arrived, Jonathan couldn’t be found and wouldn’t respond to my messages, and I was instead passed on to Doug Konieczny. Doug recollected my information, looked at the car, got a buyer who also checked the car, and came back with a significantly lower offer than the ballpark estimate on the phone. In fact the number was specifically what I told Jonathan would not be worth my while to come in. When I expressed this wouldn’t work to Doug, and I was told different estimates prior to driving in over an hour, he said “Jonathan saying that was him doing his job”, openly admitting that Peoria Ford lies to get you in the door. When confronted on this, his only response was that he didn’t make that specific call, but does do the same to other cars for sale. Unfortunately Doug represents Peoria Ford, so regardless of who spoke to me, the organization had made assurances that I would not be wasting my time coming in. Ultimately I just lost hours of my night, but I’m hoping others who are contacted by Peoria Ford about their cars for sale will read this and avoid dealing with them. More

Customer Service is very positive! I'm in Arizona for a few months and needed service on my F-350 and searched 3-4 dealers on-line and decided to call Peoria Ford for an appointment. When I arrived at least 2 service advisors greeted me. Adam Croner was the advisor that wrote up the work order and answered all the questions that I had. Adam is a professional advisor that knows what customer service is all about. The truck was ready at the time he told me it would be done.
