Every time we have to bring our car in with an appointment they seem to take forever. On this appt they had our car for 3 weeks and didn’t even think it might be a nice courtesy to wash the car. appointment they seem to take forever. The salesman promised to fix a blemish on the car door. The dealership literally went over the issue with paint and did not fix the problem. I have to pay over $1,100 to repair the blemish. The salesman hung up on my daughter when she told him she was not satisfied. The dealership could have fixed it probably for under $200 and that’s all it would have taken to build a good relationship. Instead I will never walk in that dealership again. And as a business owner in Peoria I will be happy to share my experience with my customers. More
